What is Milwaukee RING?
Milwaukee RING is a real estate investor’s association affiliated with the National Real Estate Investment Association and formerly known as MAREI in Milwaukee. We provide educational and networking resources for experienced real estate investors, those who want to be investors, and anyone who provides valuable goods or services to our members. We are committed to promoting a sound understanding of real estate investing principles and to helping further develop the investing abilities of our members.
Who should join Milwaukee RING?
Any Milwaukee investor, from the beginner to the seasoned expert should join RING for the opportunity to network with others who can bring valuable insights, information and resources to his or her investing business. Real estate investment experts across the country agree that one of the most valuable steps you can take as an investor is to join your local Real Estate Investment Association. It just makes sense to meet and network with other real estate entrepreneurs who can help you build your business.
What will I learn about as a member of Milwaukee RING?

RING presentations and meetings aim to cover all aspects of real estate investing including but not limited to: lease options, foreclosures, paper/notes, rehab, property management techniques, title insurance, VA/HUD government programs, government auctions, real estate inspection and property assessment techniques, mortgage shopping techniques, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, financing resources and much, much more.
What are the goals of Milwaukee RING?
Milwaukee RING will strive to motivate and support our members and guests through education, discussion and networking. We will meet these goals by:
- Presenting one or more well-informed speaker(s) at our monthly meetings and special workshops.
- Providing excellent networking and learning opportunities throughout the year.
- Connecting Milwaukee investors to national speakers, trends, information and special benefits through our affiliation with the National Real Estate Investors Association (REIA).
- Providing investors with exclusive space on our website to promote buying and selling opportunities, post questions, and connect with one another.
Why should I become a Member of RING?
Membership breakdown (yearly dues):
- Individual Membership = $100
- Couple Membership (Two people sharing a household) = $150
- Business Membership (Two specified people)= $250.
We request 3 referrals of people you have done business with.
Business Memberships get you listed in our Business Member directory on our web site, and at our regular monthly meetings, allows you to put promotional materials (one stack please) on our Business Member table, and give yourself a 15-30 second plug at the beginning of our regular monthly meetings.
